<br />You are hereby notified that Joseph B. Sullivan and Laura A. Sullivan, as husband and wife, as
<br />I rustors, did on or about rApril 30, 1990, make, eXecute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank, fk /a Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One (1), West Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from First Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 1, 1990, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 90- 102367.
<br />On or about May 3, 1990, First Federal Savings and Loan Association, Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded May 18, 1990, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 90- 102756.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the I ru,t pr��pert� �� �t, COO C� cd aS ,caw ilv . to -w it. that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
