<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor "), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: John C. McHugh and Nicole M. McHugh, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship
<br />and not as tenants in common (hereinafter called "Grantee "), whether one or more, the following described property in Hall

<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
