<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Donald L Dunn and Marsha M Dunn, Husband and Wife to Security First formerly The
<br />Martell State Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of The Martell State Bank, dated September
<br />3, 1999 and recorded as Inst. No. 99111084 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska has been paid.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
