TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of
<br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Q
<br />Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />reconveys to MICHAEL A. PANOWICZ AND PATRICIA M. PANOWICZ, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in HALL County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S 1/2 SE 1/4) of Section Twenty-two
<br />(22), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section Twenty-two (22), said point being One Thousand Two
<br />Hundred Sixty-three (1263.00) feet west of the Southeast corner of said Section Twenty-two (22); thence running
<br />westerly along and upon the south line of said Section Twenty-two (22), a distance of Nine Hundred Thirty -three and
<br />Twenty-four Hundredths (933.24) feet-, thence deflecting right 90 °00' and running northerly, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Sixteen and Forty-four Hundredths (316.44) feet-, thence deflecting right 29 °41'55' and running
<br />northeasterly, a distance of One Hundred Ninety-nine and Fifty -four Hundredths (199.54) feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 48053'56" and running northeasterly, a distance of Six Hundred Seventy-eight and Sixteen Hundredths (678.16)
<br />feet; thence deflecting left 25 009'33" and running northeasterly, a s distance of One Hundred Seventy-seven and
<br />Sixty-eight Hundredths (177.68) feet; thence deflecting left 28021'14" and running northeasterly, a distance of
<br />Sixty-three and Forty -two hundredths (63.42) feet; thence deflecting right 154 054'56" and running southerly, a
<br />distance of Seven Hundred Eighty-seven and Five Hundredths (787.05) feet to the point of beginning-
<br />This reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deeds of Trust recorded in the
<br />Office of the HALL County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 95- 102830, on May 2, 1995, as Document
<br />NO. 97- 105909, on July 24, 1997, and as Document NO. 200004615, on June 6, 2000, pursuant to Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />The Trustee retains its interest as described in this Deed of Trust, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and
<br />security of THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Beneficiary, under and subject
<br />to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust on the remaining balance of the real property described therein.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
<br />IN TESTIMONY W- 4REQF, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, has caused these presents to be executed by
