IRISH, an Unmarried Person, Trustor, in favor of WELLS FARGO <br />BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, f /k/a THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and AREND R. BAACK as Trustee under said Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and filed on December 16, <br />1997, as Document No. 97- 110602 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Wells Fargo <br />Bank Nebraska, National Association, f/k/a The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, has <br />been appointed as Trustee, replacing Arend R. Baack, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated <br />May 11, 2001, and filed for record on May 17, 2001, as Document No. 0200104608 of the <br />Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Ten (10), Block Five (5), in EVAN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, Hall County, Nebraska, and that part of Evans <br />Street vacated by Ordinance No. 5598. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for August, 2000, through May, 2001, with a total <br />current amount due and owing of $6,768.24.
