<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />December 10, 1997, by CLAY S. IRISH, an Unmarried Person, Trustor, in favor of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, f /k/a THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and AREND R. BAACK as Trustee under said Deed of Trust
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and filed on December 16,
<br />1997, as Document No. 97- 110602 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Wells Fargo
<br />Bank Nebraska, National Association, f/k/a The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, has
<br />been appointed as Trustee, replacing Arend R. Baack, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated
<br />May 11, 2001, and filed for record on May 17, 2001, as Document No. 0200104608 of the
<br />Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Five (5), in EVAN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, Hall County, Nebraska, and that part of Evans
<br />Street vacated by Ordinance No. 5598.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for August, 2000, through May, 2001, with a total
<br />current amount due and owing of $6,768.24. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Wells
<br />Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, f /k/a The Overland National Bank of Grand Island,
<br />for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, f /k/a
<br />The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
