Stat. § 76 -201): <br />Lot Three (3), Richmond Second Subdivision, in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Title shall vest in such GRANTEES as follows: <br />Seventy -four percent (74 %) in Eric J. Allen; <br />Twenty -five percent (25 %) in Frederick C. <br />Anderson; and <br />One percent (1%) in Mark J.
