1 <br />200104872 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEl /4 SE1 /4) of Section Twenty (20), in <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Del Monte Avenue, which <br />point is 422 Feet Southwesterly from Lot One (1), Block Five (5), Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska: running Southeasterly along and upon a line parallel with and 422 Feet Southwesterly <br />from the Southwesterly Lot Line of said Lot One (1), Block Five (5), Bel Air Addition for a distance of <br />126 Feet; thence running Southwesterly along and upon a line parallel with and 126 Feet Southwesterly <br />from the Southerly line of Del Monte Avenue for a Distance of 68 Feet; thence running Northwesterly <br />along and upon a line parallel with and 490 Feet Southwesterly from the Southwesterly Lot Line of said <br />Lot One (1), Block Five (5), Bel Air Addition for a distance of 126 Feet to the Southerly Line of Del <br />Monte Avenue; thence running Northeasterly along and upon the Southerly Line of Del Monte Avenue <br />for a distance of 68 Feet to the point of beginning. <br />
