<br />The undersigned, Leo Mettenbrink, is an adult of sound mind
<br />residing in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, at the follow-
<br />ing address: 6950 N. St. Paul Rd., Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68801. It is his intention to renounce and disclaim a benefi-
<br />cial interest in certain real estate and all income in connec-
<br />tion therewith which he might otherwise possess due to the death
<br />of his mother, Rose C. Mettenbrink, who resided in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, at the time of her death at the following
<br />address: Tiffany Square Care Center, 3119 W. Faidley Avenue,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68803.

<br />with her Last Will and Testament thereto being admitted to pro-
<br />bate in the Hall County Court at Case No. PR00 -213, which Court
<br />on September 14, 2000, issued Letters of Appointment to Leo
<br />Mettenbrink, 6950 N. St. Paul Rd., Grand Island, Nebraska
