<br />Agreement dated April 27, 2001, GRANTEE, the following described
<br />real estate as defined in 76 -201 of the Revised Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, 1996, situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising the south One Hundred Eighty
<br />Nine and Five Hundredths (189.5) feet of the north Three
<br />Hundred Seventy Eight and Eleven Hundredths (378.11) feet
<br />of the North One Half of the Southwest Quarter (n 1/2 SW
<br />1/4) of Section Twenty Six (26), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and containing 11.95 acres more or less,
<br />subject to liens filed of record, covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record, visible easements,
<br />and zoning laws, rules, and regulations.
<br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEE, as follows:
<br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the real
<br />estate is free from encumbrances, except for leins filed of record;
<br />2. GRANTORS have legal.power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />real estate to GRANTEE; and
<br />3. GRANTORS warrant and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
