Humiston, Jr. and Judy <br />E. Humiston, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall \ <br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #93- 102192, on the 24th day of March, 1993, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed <br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />THE WEST ONE HALF OF THE SOUTH ONE HALF (W1/2S1/2) OF LOT TWO (2) <br />OF VANTINE'S SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND IN DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 164, PAGE 367. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Gr Nebraska, this 26TH day of June, 2000. <br />RO1N Yt� <br />A. <br />• i <br />ST E- NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TR <br />By: Tim A.
