<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated
<br />June 21, 2000, and recorded on June 28, 2000, as Inst. No. 2000-
<br />05274, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />executed by Barbara Ellen Wize, single, a /k /a Barbara E. Wize, as
<br />Trustor, in which Wayne R. Stock, a Nebraska corporation, is named
<br />as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for
<br />which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred.
<br />The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make payment
<br />of interest when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust
<br />Deed. You are hereby notified that because of such default the
<br />indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of
<br />May 1, 2000, is in the amount of $35,825.05 plus interest and late
<br />charges thereafter, and further notified that because of such
<br />default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold
<br />the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed.
<br />The Trust Property affected is:
<br />Lot 3, Argo Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
