O <br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deeds of Trust dated March 27, 1997, September 18, 1998, and February 25, 1999, <br />and executed by Billy D. Freeman and Shirley A. Freeman, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in <br />which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was entered <br />on March 28, 1997, September 24, 1998, and March 4, 1999, and entered as Document No.'s 97- <br />102214, 98- 109301 and 99- 102345 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Six (6), in Block Twenty -four (24) in Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and Lot Twenty (20), of Subdivision of Lots 280, 281 and <br />282, in West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 26th day of June, 2000. <br />At <br />. r <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />11_1_1� <br />By: Jody L.
