RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the mortgage dated
<br />February 7, 1996, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Richard H. Urbach
<br />and Lois R. Urbach, husband and wife, on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The South 42.9 Feet of Lot Five (5), and the North 50.9 Feet of Lot Six (6), Block Twelve
<br />(12) Parkhill's Third Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which was recorded on February 8, 1996, as document number #96- 100907, of the Records of the
<br />Register of Deeds, County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation has
<br />caused these presents to be executed by a Loan Officer and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto
