<br />You are hereby notified that Tiburcio Rico, Jr. and Maria E. Rico, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did
<br />on or about June 9, 1993, make, execute and deliver unto Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of
<br />Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The Easterly Sixty (60) feet of Lot Three (3) in Block One
<br />Hundered Twenty -Eight (128) in Koenig and Wiebe's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on June 10, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 104838.
<br />On or about June 17, 1993, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company. The Assignment was
<br />recorded June 24, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />93- 105304.
<br />On or about May 24, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment
<br />was recorded October 20, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 94- 108571.
<br />Michael E Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance,
<br />together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the
<br />real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
