<br />The Southerly 40.6 feet of Lot 8, Block 4, Koehler Place, City of Grand Island, Nebraska subject to an easement over
<br />the Northerly 4 feet, together with an easement over the Southerly 4 feet of the Northerly 25.4 feet of said Lot 8 for a
<br />driveway.
<br />TOGETHER, with the note or notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest,
<br />and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Deed of Trust.
