THIS INDENTURE, made this 13th day of June, 2000 between the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, whose address is Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington, D.C., 20420, hereinafter referred to as Grantor and Larry W. Fowle and Barbara Fowle, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common whose address is 1616 West Hagge, Grand Island, NE 68801 hereinafter referred to as Grantee(s). W itnesseth, that the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-Three Thousand and no /100 Dollars ---------------------------------------------- -- ------ ($43,000.00) receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto the said Grantee(s), the following described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska: Fractional Lots 1 and 2, in Fractional Block 3, in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. It being the intention of all parties hereto, that in the event of the death of either of said grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate described herein shall vest' in the surviving grantee.
