KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DAVID A.
<br />JAKOB AND JEAN A. JAKOB, HUSBAND AND WIFE to LAWYERS TITLE
<br />INSURANCE CORPORATION, Trustee, for the benefit of OTTO JENNY the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated April 23, 1996 and recorded May 1, 1996 in the Register of Deeds Office
<br />of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 96- 103299, and has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
