Ramirez, a <br />single person, as Trustors, did on or about February 28, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto <br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors <br />conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The North 81.5 Feet of Lot 1, Block 136, Union Pacific Railway Cos <br />Second Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings <br />Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on March 3, 1997, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 101491. <br />On or about March 6, 1997, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its <br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage <br />Corporation.
