<br />You are hereby notified that Kelly Standlea and Tammy Standlea, as husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about January 26, 2000, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal
<br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Tnastee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the
<br />following- described real property:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Three (3), in Koehler Place, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Mountain West Financial,
<br />Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 31, 2000, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200000857.
<br />On or about January 27, 2000, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation. The Assignment was recorded January 31, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200000858.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said
<br />obligation.
