<br />under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, for and
<br />in consideration of FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY -TWO DOLLARS
<br />FORTY CENTS ($4,282.40), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby convey to TIMOTHY E. THIENEL and SHERRI L. THIENEL,
<br />Husband and Wife, Grantee, as Joint Tenants, whether one or more,
<br />the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Five (5), Thelen Subdivision, First Addition to Wood
<br />River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
