<br />34, Township 12 North, Range 10, West of the Oh P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point 33 feet North and 33 feet east of the Southwest corner of said
<br />Section 34, which is the point of beginning and which is also designated by a concrete
<br />marker installed by the highway department and running thence North 100 feet along and
<br />upon the East boundary line of the public road running North and South parallel to the
<br />West side of said section 34, thence at right angles in an Easterly direction and parallel
<br />with the South boundary line of said section 34, a distance of 90 feet, thence Southerly at
<br />right angles and parallel with the Westerly boundary line of said Section 34 a distance of
<br />100 feet to the North edge of the Highway abutting said Section 34 thence Westerly
<br />along the North edge of said highway a distance of 90 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />executed by Ralph E. Wilhelmi and Patty K. Wilhelmi, husband and wife, as mortgagors (the

<br />9, 1981 as Document No. 81- 000153 in Book of Mortgages, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which Mortgage was:
