WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by SCOTT D. JANSEN AND TERESA A. JANSEN , HUSBAND AND <br />WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE <br />TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of THE <br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK.
