<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated September 6, 1995, November 17, 1995, and July 8, 1997, and
<br />executed by Roger A. Cline and Elizabeth E. Cline, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was entered on
<br />September 8, 1995, November 27, 1995 and July 15, 1997, entered as Document No. 95- 106085,
<br />95- 108082 and 97- 105592 in the Hall County Register of Deed's Office, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE NORTHERLY TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT TEN (10) AND ALL OF LOT ELEVEN (11) IN
<br />REUTING'S SECOND SUBDIVISION BEING A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(SW1 /4) SECTION TWENTY FOUR (24) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10)
<br />WEST OF THE 6T" P.M. HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 22nd day of June, 2000.
