THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT, Executed this day of April,
<br />2000 by first party, Janice M. Thayer and Ernest Thayer, husband
<br />and wife, individually, and Janice M. Thayer as Manager of the
<br />Thayer Family LLC, whose address is 404 Woodland, Drive, Grand o,
<br />Island, Nebraska, to second party, VisionComm Vending Inc., whose d
<br />post office address is P.O. Box 968, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for good
<br />consideration and for the sum of $1.00 paid by the said second
<br />party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
<br />remise, release and quitclaim unto the said second party forever,
<br />all the right, title, interest, claim, and easement interest
<br />which the said first party has in and to the following described
<br />parcel of land, and improvements and appurtenances thereto in the
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska to wit: Right of Way Easement
<br />filed in Book 23 Page 231, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit
<br />A and is incorporated herein by reference. The easement is
<br />located at:
<br />The Westerly twenty feet (W20') of Lot One (1),
<br />and the Easterly twenty feet E20') of Lot Two (2) and
<br />the Westerly twenty feet (W201) of Lot Three (3), in
<br />the Woodland Second Subdivision,
<br />currently described as follows:
<br />A tract of land consisting of a Forty (40.0) foot
<br />wide easement comprising the easterly Twenty (20.0)
<br />feet of Lot Two (2) and the Westerly Twenty (20.0) feet
<br />of Lot Three (3), in Woodland Second Subdivision, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, which
<br />has since become a part of Lot Three (3), Woodland
<br />Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, the centerline of said Forty (40.0) foot wide
<br />easement being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot
<br />Three (3), Woodland Fourth Subdivision; thence running
<br />westerly along the north line of said Lot Three (3),
<br />Woodland Fourth Subdivision, a distance of Forty Five
