<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record January 31, 2001, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.200100739.
<br />Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Earl W. Hormann and Carol J. Hormann, q
<br />as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island
<br />is named as Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for
<br />record November 20, 1998 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No.98- 111425.
<br />On or about November 18, 1998, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal
<br />Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded November 20, 1998, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 111426.
<br />Michael E. Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
