<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 10, 1996, executed by i \A-Z Corporation and John H
<br />Matthes and Linda K Matthes, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document
<br />#96- 104825 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of June, 1996.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11), CENTURA HILLS SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE
<br />VILLAGE OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 10, 1996, recorded as
<br />Document #96- 104825 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect
<br />as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of June, 2000.
