G <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST ( "Security Instrument ") is made as of June 19, 2000. The trustor is Jonathan <br />H. Wang and Hsin Dai Wang, husband and wife, 3111 West 18th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 <br />( "Borrower ", whether one or more). The trustee is Richard C. Witt, P.O. Box 309, Hastings, Nebraska, attorney <br />at law and an active member of the Nebraska Bar Association ( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Victor Jou and Mei <br />Jou, husband and wife, 2330 Home Street, Hastings, Nebraska 68901 ( "Lender ", whether one or more). <br />Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00), This debt is evidenced by <br />Borrower's promissory note dated the same date as this Security Instrument ( "the Note "), which provides for <br />monthly payments, with the entire debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on September 1, 2000. <br />THIS SECURITY INSTRUMENT secures to Lender: (a) the repayment of the debt evidenced by the <br />Note, with interest, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of the Note; (b) the payment of all other sums, <br />with interest, advanced under Paragraph 4 to protect the security of this Security Instrument; and (c) the <br />performance of Borrower's covenants and agreements under this Security Instrument and the Note. For this <br />purpose, Borrower irrevocably grants and conveys to the Trustee, in trust, WITH POWER OF SALE, the <br />following described property located in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The West Sixty -One (W 61) feet of the East Sixty -Six (E 66) feet of <br />Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Westerhoffs First Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof; <br />which has a street address of 3111 West 18th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 ( "Property Address "), <br />TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be <br />covered by this Security Instrument.
