<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />#0200003738, on the 9th day of May 2000, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE SOUTHERLY FIFTY -SIX AND EIGHT - TENTHS (56.8) FEET OF LOT SIX (6)
<br />AND THE SOUTHERLY FIFTY -SIX AND EIGHT TENTHS (56.8) FEET OF THE
<br />WESTERLY TEN (10) FEET OF LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWENTY -NINE (29), IN
<br />CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
