<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 31st, 1997 executed by Samuel R. Reynolds and o
<br />Nancy A. Reynolds, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, o
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #97- 109194, on the 31 st day of October 1997, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE EAST FORTY -FIVE (45) FEET OF LOTS ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (115) AND
<br />ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN (116), HAWTHORNE PLACE, LOCATED ON PART OF
<br />THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW1 /4) OF SECTION TWENTY -TWO (22),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
