<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ---
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated February 25, 1991, February 1, 1994, and July 1, 1998, and Q.y
<br />executed by Carole J. Yeager, A Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was filed March 7, 1991, February 14, 1994,
<br />and July 20, 1998 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 91- 101252, 94-
<br />101261 and 98- 107041, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />See Attached Exhibit "A"
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7th day of June, 2000.
