<br />RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named herein, the FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the mortgage dated December 28, 1990,
<br />made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Lenora A. Cornelius,
<br />a single person, on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW' /<SW %) of Section Thirty -
<br />three (33), in Township Twelve (12), North, of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th p.m., more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of Said Section 33, in Township 12, North,
<br />Range 9, West of the 6th p.m., said point being situated 461.8 feet West of the Southeast Corner of said
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33, in Township 12, North, Range 9 West of
<br />the 6th P.M., running thence North parallel with the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter, a distance of 660.3 feet, running thence West parallel with the South line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33, a distance of 65.9 feet, running thence South parallel
<br />with the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33, a distance of
<br />660.3 feet to a point on the South line of said Section 33, running thence East along and upon the South
<br />line of said Section 33, a distance of 65.9 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />which was recorded as Document #91- 100003 of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
