200104563 <br />described to secure, among other obligations, the payment of a <br />certain note and interest described in said Trust Deed according to <br />the terms thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions <br />specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance by reason <br />of a breach and default by the Trustors made under the terms of <br />said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of <br />Default filed by the Trustee, which default continued until the <br />time of sale at which sale the property was sold to the highest <br />bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by <br />law. <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid, <br />then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, who was the <br />highest bidder for the sum of SIXTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED <br />NINETY THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY FIVE CENTS ($61,393.35) therefore, <br />the property hereinabove described. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, as <br />Trustee by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release and <br />convey to NORTH AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, its successors and <br />assigns, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the above - described premises together <br />with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances <br />belonging to said premises. <br />DATED this 11th day of _ May 2001. <br />Paul J.
