<br />N 89050,08" E 40.50 Feet to the East right -of -way
<br />line of U.S. Highway No. 281 and the point of
<br />beginning; thence N 00011191, W along said east
<br />right -of -way line 675.77 Feet; thence N 88052'24"
<br />E 2008.82 Feet; thence S 0005'181, E 710.19 Feet;
<br />thence S 89050108" W 2009.66 Feet to the point of
<br />beginning,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor has determined that the Grantee is the person
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
