No water distribution line <br />exists at that location. <br />The owners of the property at 2513 Pioneer Blvd., being desirous of connecting <br />to the water transmission line on the south side of Pioneer Blvd. agree to comply with <br />these conditions: <br />(1) To comply with all City regulations in respect to the water supply. <br />(2) When a water main district is created in Pioneer Blvd. that will <br />serve that property, they hereby waive all right to protest any such <br />water main districts in which the above stated property is included. <br />They agree to disconnect the water service to that property from <br />the existing water transmission line and connect to the new water <br />main district at their expense. <br />a <br />
