KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that, pursuant to the authority <br />vested in me by law, and by a resolution of the Board of County Sup- <br />ervisors of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, Book 11 Page 279, <br />I, Glen E.Swan,Chairman of the Board of County Supervisors do hereby <br />release and discharge the Old Age Assistance lien against real estate <br />described, to wit: <br />Ear Lot 3, Block 37, Original Town, Grand Island. <br />for Old Age Assistance furnished to John C.Noaecker from May 1940 to <br />December 1940, inclusive, recorded in Register of Deeds Book No. 1 <br />at Page 140 of the Records of Hall County, 11ebraska. <br />Dated this 21 day of March, 1941. <br />Witness: <br />C.
