WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the S �U <br />Deed of Trust dated October 18, 1996, and executed by KBR Partnership & Robert J. Tesmer, Brian R. <br />Durning & Kenneth P.
