<br />DALE RIEFLIN, a single person, Grantor, in consideration of
<br />ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to DUANE 6- 01b RIEFLIN, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined
<br />in Neb.Rev.Stat. section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska, subject,
<br />however, to all liens, mortgages, deeds of trust, encumbrances, and
<br />unpaid real estate taxes:
<br />All of my undivided interest in and to the following

<br />at Page 188 of the Records in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds and except for public road right -of -way.
<br />2. The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Ten (10), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />3. Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4
<br />SW1 /4) of Section Four (4), in Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as
<br />follows, to -wit: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Four (4), in Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., running
<br />thence East Twelve (12) Rods, thence North Eighteen (18) Rods,
<br />thence West Twelve (12) Rods, thence South Eighteen (18) Rods,
<br />to the place of beginning, the same containing one (1) acre,
<br />more or less, excepting therefrom a certain tract of land
<br />containing .212 acres for highway purposes described a
<br />Warranty Deed recorded at Book 77 of the Deed Records at Page
<br />302 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
