<br />A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township I/ North, Range /0 West
<br />of the 6th PM., Holl County, Nebraska, and more porticuar/y described as follows;
<br />Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 35; thence East 468.03 feet along the
<br />North Line of said Section 35; thence South 40.00 feet to the point of beginning- thence Eost 475.69 feet; thence
<br />South 685.00 feet; thence {gest 475.69 feet; thence North 685.00 feet to the point of beginning; said tract
<br />containing 7.484cres more or less.

<br />KNaW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that R. A.D. Inc., a. Nebraska Corporation, being the owner of the land
<br />described hereon, have caused some to be surveyed, subdivided, plotted and designated as "Fireside Estates'
<br />as shown on the accompanying plot, and hereby dedicate the streets thereon shown to the public for their use
<br />forever, and the easements as thereon shown for the location, construction, and maintenance of public
<br />utilities forever, and that the foregoing subdivision, as more particularly described above, is mode with
<br />the free consent and in accordance with the .desire of the undersigned owner and proprietor.
