ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE STOCK POWER
<br />AND INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT 200104452
<br />AND BILL OF SALE
<br />In consideration of business reorganization and other
<br />valuable consideration, Electrical Contractors, Inc. (ECI)
<br />does hereby assign, transfer and set over to Dennis G.
<br />Vanosdall all of its right, title and interest in and to a
<br />certain lease between Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor, and
<br />Francis E. Fulton and June E. Fulton, dated March 1, 1975,
<br />and assigned to ECI on March 23, 1988, for the following
<br />described premises, to -wit:
<br />The South Half (S1/2) of Lot Fifteen (15), and all
<br />of Lot Sixteen (16), having a lake front footage
<br />of 70 feet, situated on the East side of the East
<br />portion of Kuester Lake and being located on a
<br />part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(E1 /2SW1 /4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on a plat of said
<br />property in the possession Kuester Lake, Inc., and
<br />known as No. 38, Kuester Lake, Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and any amendments thereto, subject to the consent of this
<br />assignment by Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor.
<br />Further, ECI, hereby sells, assigns and transfers unto
<br />Dennis G. Vanosdall, 210 shares of Kuester Lake, Inc.,
<br />represented by Stock Certificate No. 122 and does hereby
<br />irrevocably constitute and appoint the secretary of Kuester
<br />Lake, Inc., to transfer the stock on the books of the within
<br />named corporation with full power of substitution in the
<br />premises.
<br />Further, ECI, quit - claims, transfers, sells, conveys
<br />and assigns to Dennis G. Vanosdall, all of his right, title
<br />and interest in and to an Installment Contract of Sale dated
<br />the 30th day of September, 1983, by and between Lloyd
<br />Fulton, Attorney -in -Fact, for June E. Fulton, a Widow, for
<br />the purchase of all improvements situated on the
<br />above - described real property with full right of
<br />substitution in the premises, which Installment Contract of
<br />
