<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />shown on a plat of said property in the possession of
<br />Kuester Lake, Inc., and known as No. 38, Kuester Lake,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />free and clear of all encumbrances and taxes now due and payable; except: None
<br />belonging to Ronald E. Shay, a single persSnnow in his possession, at the place last aforesaid.
