<br />THAT LLOYD FULTON, Attorney in Fact for JUNE E. FULTON, A Widow,
<br />(surviving spouse of Francis E. Fulton, Deceased)
<br />Of Hall County, State of Nebraska , part Y of the first part, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of ($ 1. 00 ) One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration 2X2 M9
<br />to him in hand paid, at or before the delivery of these presents, by
<br />RONALD E. SHAY and MARY KAY SHAY, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common
<br />parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ha s bargained, and sold by these
<br />presents do grant and convey unto the said parties of the second part their heirs, executors,
<br />administrators, and assigns, the following described personal property, to -wit:
<br />1 - 2- bedroom 1 -story frame dwelling house containing
<br />1203 square feet
<br />1 - frame detached 2 -car garage, 20' x 22'
<br />Patio furniture (4 metal chairs, redwood table and
<br />3 benches, 2 green chairs, 2 chaise lounge chairs,
<br />and wicker chair)
<br />2 bamboo chairs in sunroom, window coverings, floor
<br />coverings, all light fixtures, awnings, garage door
<br />opener and control, water pump and hoses, floating
<br />dock, wicker chair in back bedroom, fireplace screen
<br />and fireplace tools now in said above described
<br />improvement.
<br />All of the above described property is situated on property
<br />described as follows:
<br />The South Half (S,) of Lot Fifteen (15) , and
<br />All of Lot Sixteen (16), having a lake front
<br />footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side
<br />of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being
<br />located on a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E2SW4) in Section Thirteen
<br />(13), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9),
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on a plat of
<br />said property in the possession of Kuester
<br />Lake, Inc., Lessor, under a Lease dated
<br />March 1, 1975.
<br />free and clear of all encumbrances and taxes now due and payable; except: None
<br />belonging to June E. Fulton, a widow now in her possession, at the place last aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second part, their executors,
<br />administrators and assigns, forever, and first party covenants and agrees to and with said second parties,
<br />their executors, administrators and assigns to warrant and defend the sale of said property,
<br />goods and chattels hereby made, unto the said part ies of the second part, their executors, administrators
<br />and assigns, against the claims of all and every person and persons whomsoever.
