AFFIDAVIT <br />Know all Men by these Presents, that on February 21, 1966, Howard L. Peterson,. <br />President of the Grand Island City Council and J. F. Minor, City Clerk, did sign <br />the Plat ofcSouthern Acres Addition to the City of Gravid Island, as approved and <br />accepted by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />The Plat as filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, bears the <br />approval and acceptance date of the 21st day of February 1965 which was in error. <br />As the duly appointed, qualified and acting City Clerk of the'City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, I hereby certify that the correct date should have been recorded on the <br />aforementioned Plat as the 21st day of February, 1966. <br />In Witness Whereof I set my hand and affix the.
