TRUSTEE'S DEED <br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as <br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, <br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 12240 Inwood Road, Suite <br />400, Dallas, TX 75244, without any covenant or warranty, expressed <br />or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />The Northerly Fifty Two (52) Feet of Lot Eight (E), in <br />Block One Hundred Twenty Nine (129), Koenig and Wi.ebe's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated March 2, 2000, and recorded on March E, 2000, <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at <br />Document No. 2000 -01829 wherein Ruben Blanco -Diaz, an unmarried main <br />is named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named <br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company is named <br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on <br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of <br />even date in the principal amount of $52,472.00 and interest <br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial- <br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West <br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp by an Assignment dated Marc:n <br />3, 2000 and recorded on March 6, 2000 at Document No. 2000 -01830 in <br />-1- <br />STEFFI A.
