WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by JIMMY L JOHNSON AND SHARON R JOHNSON,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor to AREND R BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated August 23, 1996, and recorded August 29, 1996, as Document No. 96-
<br />106768 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOTS 130, 131 & S5' OF LOT 129, OF HAWTHORNE PLACE, IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
