<br />A manufacturer's warranty applies to Siding Products, Flooring and Blinds. THE SELLER ASSUMES NO WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO GOODS
<br />COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
<br />PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO SUCH GOODS. Other goods are covered by the Limited Warranty which you have extended to me at the time I signed
<br />this Contract. I agree that my exclusive rights and remedies under the Limited Warranty shall be in lieu of all other rights or remedies at law or in equity. The
<br />duration of the Seller's implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to goods covered by the Limited Warranty shall
<br />be limited to the duration of the Limited Warranty.
<br />BUYER, READ THE SEPARATE "LIMITED WARRANTY" WHICH IS A SEPARATE WRITTEN INSTRUMENT PERTAINING TO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THE
<br />PACESETTER CORPORATION. THIS "LIMITED WARRANTY" HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO EACH BUYER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SALE.
