COUNTY OF HALL ) Affiant, V. NORANE SUTTER, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states as follows: U 1. That the Affiant is also known as Norane Sutter. 2. That Affiant is the surviving spouse of Harold Frederick Sutter, usually known as Harold F. Sutter; that said Harold Frederick Sutter, who died on November 12, 2000, as shown by the certified copy of the death certificate attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein; that Affiant and the Decedent were husband and wife on the date of the Decedent's death on November 12, 2000. 3. That on said date of death the Affiant and Decedent were the sole owners as joint tenants with rights of survivorship of, the real estate legally described as follows: 4^10 Lot Five (5), in Block Fifty -One (51), in C,,oj U.n, Wasmer's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 4. That by virtue of the survivorship of the Affiant, Affiant became the sole owner of the above - described real property. 5. That this Affidavit is given as evidence that pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statute §77 -2003, no inheritance tax lien arising due to the death of Decedent can attach to the above - described real estate and that pursuant to §77 -2012, Nebraska Revised_ Statutes, no Nebraska estate tax lien arising due to the death of the Decedent can attach to the above - described property.
