That a portion of an existing right -of -way within Wallichs <br />Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: <br />A 16 foot alley located in Block 11, Wallichs Addition in part of the Southwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4, NE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 7, Block 11, Wallichs Addition; thence on <br />an assumed bearing of N01°03 '15 "W, along the westerly line of Block 11, a distance of <br />150.08 feet to a point being a northerly lot corner of Lot 8, said Block 11 and also being the <br />point of beginning; thence continuing N01 °03'15 "W, along said Block 11, a distance of <br />18.18 feet; thence N60 °36'33 "E, along the southerly line of Lots 3, 2, 1, said Block 11, a <br />distance of 124.00 feet to a point on the easterly line of Block 11 and westerly line of <br />vacated Jefferson Street right -of -way as described in Ordinance No. 4872, Book 21, Page <br />73; Thence 529°59'42"E, along said easterly line of said Block 11, a distance of 16.00 feet; <br />thence 860°69'33"W, along the northerly line of Lots 10, 9, 8, said Block 11, a distance of <br />132.65 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains a calculated area of 2,053.57 <br />square feet or 0.047 acres more or less. <br />Be, and hereby is, vacated. <br />SECTION 2.
