<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated June 8, 2017 and June 13, 2017 and executed by Sherrill L.
<br />Lessig, a Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on June 14, 2017 as Instrument No. 201703982 and 201703983, and
<br />0
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />ea of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Seven (7), Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, AND
<br />Unit Eleven (11), Oakwood Condominiums, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
