<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 14, 1995 , and recorded March 20, 1995
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Doc. 495- 101571
<br />in respect to the real estate described as:, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
