Badami, Attorney for <br />Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a certain Deed of Trust and Note dated <br />May 26, 1994 wherein PATRICE A. FRANS, a single person, JAMES R. FRANS AND <br />GWENITH J. FRANS, husband and wife, are designated as Trustors - Borrowers, FIRST <br />FEDERAL LINCOLN BANK, formerly known as First Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Lincoln, a United States Corporation, is designated as Beneficiary- Lender and <br />as Trustee. Said Deed of Trust was recorded June 6, 1994 as Document No. 94- 104796 in <br />the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust grants to First <br />Federal Lincoln Bank, Lender, the power of sale over the following described real estate: <br />Lot Eleven (11), Block Seven (7), Unit Two (2), Continental Gardens, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more commonly <br />known as 11 St. James Place, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustors- <br />Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust and Note by failing to pay the <br />monthly payments of principal and interest of Four Hundred Thirty -eight and 38/100 Dollars <br />($438.38) for the months of February, March, April, May and June, 2000.
